| if im a student in college for dental assitant with a felony would I be able to find work after? it all depends on what kind of hiring process the dentists have. I have worked for a few diff dentists, and have never had a background check done on me. Typically, the smaller the dental practice the less likely they will bother with the background check. Just dont volunteer the info. Good luck      |

If it was a serious crime-murder, hit and run, etc., i doubt you can. It also depends on the state you live in and where you are hoping to work. Try working for the state, in a funded dentist office. Or you can try to charm them with your personality. |
