which university should i go to?? i want to major in pre-dental?

i want to be a dentist. I am a going to be a senior with a 3.52 GPA and a 28 on the ACT. My college choices are down to 7. Dominican University (my top choice), University of Illinois-Chicago, North Central College, Northern Illinois University, Benedictine University, Concordia University, and DePaul University. I just want your opinion if you guys went there like how the teachers are and education level is for those schools. I know i will be accepted into all those colleges, but just need the right one for me. Plus my budget is about 12,000 per year (not including scholarships). thanks.
