got some cavities filles and now my eye is twitching. i dont know if it was the shot or the dental procedure.?

about 2 weeks ago i had some cavities filled and as soon as i was walking out the office my eye started to twitch, she worked on the upper teeth. could it be the dental procedure or the shot. she used lidocaine. by the way she didnt do a good job cuz i have to get all the fillings that she did replaced. i had 6! one resulting in a root canal.
