After completing courses for an AS. degree.. How do i go about getting

After completing courses for an AS. degree.. How do i go about getting

licensed to become an dental hygienist? Attending a two year school...major is pre-dental hygiene...so when i complete the courses... i will leave with an associate degree..but I will have no hands on expierence unless i intern....but i will still need to be licensed.
