| Dental hygiene? How often do you go to the hygenist? I have regular checkups at the dentist and have not needed any work for the last 4 years. The hygienist says she wants me to go to see her every 3 months but at £50 a time I think it's a bit excessive, what do you think, surely once a year is enough if you brush and floss your teeth regularly?      |
