Even though I really would like to go to medical school, my grades are not THAT high and I've heard the standards for dental school a little bit lower. I understand that it is still very difficult and competitive, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need to know/what I need to be doing to apply for dental school.
I'm finishing my second year in college and I am a biology major. My school has a pre-dental/pre-med program (not major) and that's what I'm following.
I just would like to know...what should my GPA be? When should I take the DAT? How well should I do on the DAT? When should I begin applying to dental school? How many bio and chem classes do I really need for the DAT?
If someone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it
