| Dental health, when to brush? i usually brush in the morning and night. morining before breakfast and night before bed now i was thinking its not a good idea to brush before eating breakfast because the tea/coffee will stain and dirty my teeth and mouth all over again, so do you think its better to brush after breakfast or should i still brush before breakfast and simply just Listerine after? will this be affective? |

| Considering the fact that brushing only takes a little while I would brush really good before breakfast and then just a little bit after. listerine is good for the smell, but it does't get all of the gunk off of your teeth. |
