Has anyone had any problems after dental implants?

I had my implant finally finished one month ago. Since then I feel pressure in my head after eating, like I need to equalize. I also get pressure between my eyes when eating. I've also had pain around my eyes and constant dull headaches in front. Sometimes when I eat my throat feels like it's swelling up, just below my jaw. And today part of my implant fell out (the tooth). I don't know if all these things can be related to the implant or not.
