I have gestational diabetes, what are the normal ranges for the 1 hr results?

My 1 hr test results are usually anywhere from 130-170. It varies quite a lot. My two hour testing though is always back in range below 110. My doctor actually does not have me check after meals, but instead has me check my fasting, before meals and at bedtime. Is my 1 hr spike okay since it is coming back down by my 2 hr check?
