If you are not diagnosed with diabetes will you die?

I do not have any family history because I am adopted. I am being really irritable and peeing a lot! My privite parts are also being itchy (please dont make fun of me) What do I do? I'm only 12 and I weigh the same that I have for a while. Also when I'm peeing i have a really bad urge and then I dont go that much...are these signs of diabetes? Should I tell my mom? I'm scared that I wont be diagnosed and I'll die.
