seems as though lesser developed countries have less occurences of diabetes than

'modern" generations. back way back when, before refined breads and manual labor was the norm, less diseases were discovered. so safe to assume that diabetes is caused by being sedentary and fastfoods. because of this, as we age, we have to undo the damage done by a fast, stressed lifestyle. where food is everywhere, its convenient and not usually very healthy, all in the name of taste. so now, as a product of this hard and fast generation, we are degenerating as modern society. weakened by laziness,inactivity and ill choices in food., taking a toll on younger people in the form of obesity and earlier onset diabetes. seems like we are doomed until we wake up and take charge of our own lives. technology is slowly but surely making it easier to kill ourselves. anyone agree?
