| Help on writing a paper on diabetes.? I need to write a 5 page paper on diabetes please help, I find it real hard when it comes to writing papers. theres actually more to it, but i got those parts covered so if someone could help      |

| diabtes melletus is a micro vascular disease affecting all blood vesels with abnormal fat carbohydrate and protien metabolism there is 2 types of dm 1 dm type 1 it afeects ppl under 20 years old caused by that the pancereas doesnt produce insulin so the cells can not use gloucose the patient well be ususally thin young and well need insulin injections type 2 caused by that the insulin is secreated but doesnt work the pt well be fat old above 40 and need oral hypo glycemics complications of dm1- early like hypo and hyper glycemia dka 2- late as diabetic nephropathy diabetic neuropathy diabetic retinopathy ht gangrene increase infections death |
