| Urine test and diabetes? I have been back and fourth to my doctor with stomach pains and frequent urination. I assumed i had yet another UTI but the sample came back clear. Do the dip stick tests doctors use check for glucose in the urine? The sample also went to the lab. I just wondering if i am showing symptoms of diabetes, my main question is would that have been picked up in the urine test? I have always had problems with low blood sugar but ususally manage as long as i eat often. I am asking because i am having oher symptoms such as excessive thirst and weight loss. Few other symptoms too. Am sick of getting no where with my G.P.      |
