i'm 16 and a little freaked out that i might have diabetes..?

alot of the symptoms i'm having for type 2 diabetes just started happening and i can't decide if its because of my injury or not (lower leg injury). anywho. is it possible to have diabetes never get tested and get it under control again? i weigh 176 pounds but i do have alot of muscle.. with alot of fat. i haven't been eating as well as i should but i don't eat junk food like.. ever. i go to the gym and do get exersize.. maybe i'm just freaking myself out?
what foods should i and shoudln't i eat just to be safe?
also i'm doing a grapefruit juice detox kind of thing starting tomorrow for 3 days.. should i not since grapefruit juice has so much sugar?
well i do feel like my vision is on and off like sometimes it'll be really blurry when i'm looking at certain things but my family has poor eyesight and i had 20/20 up until now! i have achilles tendonitis but when going up stairs my knees also burn in addition to my achilles and calves, and thighs.. i could just be freaking myself out beacuse i feel like i keep seeing the word diabetes when i look up burning sensations! i also am thirsty alot but it could just be because i don't ever drink water during the day in school. who knows. is it possible to make an appt. with my doctor without my mom finding out?
