recently I am diagonised with type 2 diabetes. wondering If I become father in next two years, do my son will get diabetes.
can anyone tell me if there is a possiblity ??
The truth is that there chances are higher. The will not automatically be diabetic. It increases our chances. So diet, exercise and other factors contribute. I ahave seen many cases where patients i work with are diabetic and so were there mother or father. Majority of the time I have seen this the person is dealing with obesity. Answer is there chances are increased so promote health overall and they should be more than likely fine. Hope i helped.
