| Diabetes from eating too much fruits? i'm eating plenty of fruits. i know that this is very good, but the quantities i,m talking about are enormous. as an example, till now, 8p.m, i've eaten half galia melon, 3 big red plums (this in the last 20 minutes, in one go), about 5 apples, a banana, these together with my breakfast and lunch. sometimes even more than this. i don't usually eat
sugar in the crystal form, neither sweets.
i am really afraid that i'll end up with diabetes because of the sugar in fruits. i've started to be very thirsty even if i drink more than 2 liters and my vision to be blurred.
so what do u think? |
