For the past 2 months i have been having most of the symptoms of diabetes-hunger, extreme thirst, dry mouth, blurred vision, fatigue, weak, headaches, stomach aches, and a little weight loss. I had my blood sugar, A1C, and insulin checked 3 weeks ago and it came back normal. My symptoms are worse. Could this still be diabetes or are there any other things it could be?
I would get a second opinion. Wait another month and get it checked again, your A1C level is a 3 month average of the sugar in your blood, but it should still show some signs of abnormality in 2 months. Things you can do: start exercising, cut back on carbs, keep drinking water. Hope that helps.
Your are having most of the symptoms of diabetes .On the other hand you are saying that your tests are normal(blood sugar and HbA1C).
My best best advise is to consult your doctor and have your complete examination as I am to able to give you advise as you are saying that your blood glucose tests and HbA1c are normal. There could be other things which your doctor can tell after your compleet examination.

Have you had your thyroid checked. When I was hyperthyroid, people always asked me if I was diabetic because I was so thirsty all the time.
It's a simple blood test, go get one!
I have the exact same problem. I get the shakiness too. I am in the process of getting a blood test now. The doctor suggested anxiety as a possibility. Anxiety can have similar diabetes symptoms including the dry mouth and thirstiness. I'm not sure if I have diabetes yet because I'm still to hear from the blood test. If you feel worse go back and tell the doctor. He will have to rethink what else to do. It's up to them to make you well again just keep pushing ... feeling ill is horrible I have heard of some diabetes being missed with blood tests / urine tests coming back clear. I still get intense dizziness and all the other symptoms. I hope you find out whats wrong soon
