I am doing some research on Type II diabetes.
Mike is a 36 year old male with Type II diabetes. He is 6 feet tall and weights 310 pounds. What is Type II diabetes and the complications and treatment. Mike's choice for lunch. Identify the high carbohydrate foods and give Mike some suggestion. Would you change the food choices? If so, what would you suggest? Make sure to explain why you made the suggestions you did.

2 cups of spaghetti
1 cup of tomato and meat sauce
1 cup salad and 4 tablespoons salad dressing
2 breadsticks
32 ounce coke
