can i possibly at 19 have developed type one diabetes?

iv been having some really weird symptoms latly. fainting alot. one time the medics were called. they tested my blood pressure which was low and then my blood glucus which was also low. they wanted to take me to hospital to do a blood test but i said no. i diddnt tell them that i am prone to faint quite a lot but anyway as long as someones their to look after me and keep me warm i recover.
iv also been having other symptoms, migrains that are not helped simply cured by panadole and after taking asprin i have to wait quite a while for it to work.
also sometime i have this burst of energy but then after that i get dizzy and will pass out
i get extreamly cold all the time. people will think im crazy wearing all these jumpers while their only wearing shirts, but my hands will fill like ice and i just will fill like i just cant get warm enaugh. i might miss a day of tafe tommorow to get a blood test but i dont know weather i should sometimes i feel i might be wasting the doctors time
and no im not fat. i lost like 5 kilos in the space on 2 days by doing hardly any excersice. im only 43 kilos and 154 cm tall
