Do i suffering Diabetes?

I am a 24 Year old boy. 5 Years ago when i was in college i came to know iam having high Blood Pressure. Couple days before i went for a walk. But when i return i felt extreme tired and i cannot do anything apart from lying on the bed. At time i am frequently passing urine? Please let me know how to come to a conclusion about my health status?
