If I have gestational diabetes, what are the chances I will deliver early?

The last 2 times I went to the Doctor I measured a week larger than I am.
I'm 29 weeks. I failed my first glucose test and go Wednesday for the 3 hour one. It was pretty high the first time (171) so I'm not keeping my hopes up of passing this time.
