Is anyone aware of a place to get a free diabetes test in Ohio?

My friend has had some issues that she has been told could be due to diabetes. However she does not have any insurance and we are trying to find a place near us that offers free testing. Any info (website, link, etc.) would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Check in the yellow pages for Health Clinics, most of them charge on sliding scale according to income. If you don't have much income, they are very low cost or free.

Also check to see if there is a Health Fair scheduled anywhere near you. You can get free finger prick test done that way.

i know in Australia you can buy home test kits from the leading supermarkets. Give that a try and see how you go.
