oh plz help about my diabetes...plz i have been to the hospital 5 times?

I eat right.. i exercise i check my blood suger evry day.. i do my shot and i'm 14..but my blood suger is still high...what am i doing wrong? help me i have been to the hopital 5 times for this...i was dignosed when i was 10. plz tell me i need help.. and my doc's arn't helping
