My mom has diabetes, and her reading's are between 90 and 120 fasting,& 95...

...to 150 at bedtime is this normal ? Her doctor said she need,s to make sure she starts eating certain types of food and to watch what she eat's.. Now she's afraid to eat much.. She seemed to be doing fine eating what she wanted to eat.. from what i've rread about diabetes tose number's are fine. thank you !
