Has anyone with diabetes drank the Bclear diabetes energy drink?

I got a free sample in the mail and am going to try it today. I love energy drinks but they always mess up my blood even though I give the appropriate insulin for the carbs. It says it has no caffeine, which makes no sense to me with it claiming to be an energy drink, but I was just wondering because I will get some of it if I like it when I try it if others have liked it after using it over time. Please don't say the "ask your doctor" thing, I've had type one 24 years and I eat, drink and account for everything, and I'm just wondering if it is any good. Thanks!!

I've had the same problem and ive been diabetic for 10 years. That particualr drink seems to make my sugars alot higher, i havent figured out why. I've noticed with energy drinks my sugars rise too, which im in the same boat as you because i use insulin to cover it as well. It tastes funny to me.

I don't purchase anything labeled "diabetic", "low fat", "sugar free", or "low sugar". Since most of the "low carb" things are off the market, I don't have to mention them.

I just don't trust the stuff to have what it is supposed to in it. Most of them are too high in something else that will upset my system.

Yes I drink one everyday and they are great. Enjoy
