with gestational diabetes can you have a miscarriage if you use insulin 3 or

more times a day? i have gestational diabetes and i am so afraid to stick myself with insulin in my stomach but they tell me its okay i just dont want to hurt the baby- but can you have a miscarriage with gestational diabetes or am i just being too worried
