how is diabetes diagnosed???

The doctor looks at blood sugar levels, go to the Doc!

Very simple blood test. You can even do it at home. After fasting for 12 hrs overnight, they test your blood sugar with a finger prick. Or you can go to the drugstore and buy a glucometer test kit. Even the generic one for about $30 is fine. Anyway, they test it and if it is over 100, then you are pre-diabetic. If over 120, then you are probably diabetic and they then do an additional test that makes you drink a bunch of sugary drink for several hours and they prick you several times.
