| what are the chances of me having diabetes? my dad had it and i was just wondering what the chances are of me having it. the reason i'm asking is because i've been really thirsty lately and that's one of the symptoms... well i'm 14 years old so what should my blood sugar be?      |

| it is mainly based on the age range and the age of when your dad found he got it .it can be divided by gene or gender or how many people in your family have it also.follow up on the symptoms and see how often they change and more things start to happen.or go to the doctor for a check up |
