hi,im on borderline diabetes, slightly overweight and trying to get weight down?

for the last 13yr i have everyday been lightheaded, eyesight disturbances,(like watching old western),have never felt right, and its beginning to take its toll on me, are these symptoms down to the diabetes, are these symptoms possible because of the diabetes, even though its only on borderline and not full diabetes?

if you are on borderline diabetes, then you still have a chance to avoid it, but only if you lose the weight fast. There was a guy on The Biggest Loser once that had Type 2 adult onset diabetes, and he lost so much weight that his diabetes went away. Force yourself to stay away from those fast food restaurants and snack bars and get out on the bike trails. I did that and lost 45 pounds in 3 months. And it felt great!!

it will be hard at first, but after a couple of weeks you won't want to miss one day on the trails. If you don't have a bike, then go buy yourself one. You can get a nice bike for about $300, and that would be a much better investment than the fattening foods you probably shove into your mouth. I know, because I have been there. It's not easy, but you have to do it. Do it as if your life depends on it - which in a way, it actually DOES
