Yep, I have it and am being treated.

You just have to:
-eat a healthy, balanced diet and follow a meal plan
-get regular exercise
-take medicines as prescribed
-check blood sugar levels regularly

Thats what I do, and my diabetes is pretty much under control.

Yes, with pills. I have had type two diabetes for eight years and my blood sugar is always in the normal range.
