Will diabetes effect my legs to the point I cannot walk anymore? Am 84 years old.?

I don't take any injection just medicent. I just started on kidney dialysis I have pain in my back which I think its related to my walking. I also take cumertin to thin my blood. Could this be another reason am having trouble walking?
