I think i have either poor blood circulation or diabetes how do i tell?

I get tingling in my fingers on my right hand mostly and right leg. Also a prickling sensation in the tips of some fingers mostly my thumb on my left hand, but on my index and middle finger sometimes to. It may be just me but i get thirsty alot sometimes to. I just want your opinion on what it might be
