Unable to Pay Car Loan due to Diabetes help!!?

Hello. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after going into shock on christmas day with a blood sugar level of 31. They have been trying to treat it but if I take insulin or Metformin I crash and my blood sugar goes below the 50's and I end up back in the hospital even having eaten correctly, but if I don't take anything my bs lingers above the 300's. I can't find any specialists around here who know very much about MODY either. No one seemed to understand what was going on or how to work with it and I can't maintain anything so I've been in and out of jobs (employers don't like how unreliable it is) and struggling with College classes. Now I just bought a car a month before I crashed really badly and now I can't keep a job or maintain any kind of monetary income and am barreling further and further into debt. Is there anyway that I can get out of this hole that was caused by diabetes, I obviously hadn't planned on being diagnosed and losing my job where I was making 2k a month to 0$.
I'm trying to sell my car but I won't even be able to afford the difference between what I owe and what I get for the car. I don't know what to do and my parents don't seem to understand how it feels to have blood sugar that fluxuates so heavily and they blame me for not "just going in" when my blood sugar is 347 or 43, they think I should just get over it so they're not willing to or really able to help me get out of this. There has to be some loophole in my loan contract for this or something maybe? Please help me.
