WeI want to have a guide for kinds of food for diabetes suffer, so we
can choose to eat at meals and snack times. At least We need some tips for dibetic recipes and nutricion. Thank you before.

in my part of the world,ragi is used as a nutrition.
you can prepare porridge.cake & also rotis.
you can consume as much as u need,its also very rich in calcium.
