CupcakeHater has a spectacular aura about
Is this a healthy breakfast for a teenage girl that's quite prone to having diabetes?

I'm a 14year old girl, not really active, but I don't spend all the day sitting either. As all kids my age,I eat junk and I'm hungry easily. But unfortunately my grandmother has diabetes(she wasn't born with it,she gets insulin injected),my mom SOMETIMES has high pressure levels and used to(3years ago)check her blood sugar frequently(although she's not diabetic). My dad's family hasn't got a diabetes history though. So because of that,I know I don't have a lot of risks in my age, that's why I'm making the most of it,but I try and have the healthiest breakfast possible(my friends have muffins and stuff for breakfast).
-A 200ml cup in wich I put a layer of cornflakes with 2grapes on top, then a thick layer of plain low-fat yogurt, then a layer of 2grapes then yogurt then corn flakes, more yogurt and cornflakes and grapes on top.Is this healthy enough? If I don't eat very healthy the rest of the day,is this good,or it's just as having junk for breakfast?
