How can I throw off a diabetes blood test to show as negative for diabetes?

(please read details!)? Okay, so I'm trying to join the army, and they tested my urine and found I had like 200 mg of sugar in in, which is a sign of possible diabetes. if I am diagnosed with diabetes, I can NOT join. I have no symptoms, and would not pose a threat to my unit... at the same time joining the army is my dream and I will not let this test stop me if I can help it. Anyhow, they are sending me in for blood work on Monday. Is there anything I can do to sway the odds of this test toward a negative reading? So far, I've thought of taking aspirin and drinking lots of water... anything to thin the blood. Any suggestions? Keep in mind that I will start treating my body better and have a healthier diet either way, just because of the possibility of having diabetes.
I had like 3 cups of OJ and 2 cups of cranberry juice the morning of the test,if that makes a difference.
ej: Screw that, I've graduated Army ROTC, have a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and Military Studies, and am looking at a commission. I have NO symptoms, nor have I ever. This has been a childhood goal and I'm not going to let this screw me up, I've worked too long and hard.
