Have you taken a test? If not, that should be your first step.

You can only know for sure by taking a pregnancy test. If you have been "on" and you're belly is getting bigger and you are testing positive for anemia then I would go to the gynecologist and ask for an ultrasound! pelvic inflammatory disease can cause those symptoms. PID is a symptom of something else going on. They can check for pregnancy by way of blood or urine; but they need to test "specifically" for the pregnancy hormone.

Pregnancy will not be indicated on a blood test for anemia and/or diabetes. They have to be looking specifically for that when they do the testing. Please take a pregnancy test ... either at home or at the doctor's office ... especially if you are having other health problems. If you are pregnant, your doctor needs to know about it ASAP for your own good health and that of your baby.
