| don't listen to mike hes a retard that has a lot of carbs try - meat -cheese -eggs -veggies(not potato's) when i was first diagnosed i was soooooo hungry i would make what i called a megga egga omelet it was ham with an egg on top of it and then cheese melted over the whole thing it was tasty and no carbs!!!! |
