I'm worried I might have Diabetes..?

had diabetes sysmptoms last year, but the results were negative. I have missed my period for many months now. I'm worried about the changes this might cause in my life.
I actually been in and out of doctors for 2 years now, dam with the valve problem I used to have when I was little, and I diabetes does run in my family. The thing is that we are not an obese family. For about 3 years now I have had symptoms of diabetes, but the results always come up negative. So I'm getting checked again soon, and I don't know what to expect.

diabetes doesn't cause missed periods, more often that happens as a result of stress, poor fluid intake and hormonal imbalance. If you are not obese, and you do not have a family history of diabetes, you probably have nothing to worry about.

Your best bet is to go to a doctor. Anything you're worried about you should really get checked out asap.
