How did I do on my diet today?

breakfast-
Eggs with tomato and jalapeno wrapped in a whole wheat tortialla.

Snack-
Apple

Lunch-
All natural whole grain cinnamon cereal with low fat milk
(I didn't have anything healthier to eat - I had no choice)

Dinner-
A plate of shrimp pasta with brocolli and one slice of whole wheat bread.

Thats what I ate today - dinner was the biggest meal of the day!

Rounds up to about 1000-1200 calories.


I don't exersice a lot so I have to eat less.
I know I ate a lot of carbs, but I just count the calories. I probaby had about 95 carbs today.
