| Is my lucnh and breakfeast schedule good diet plan for active 15 year old?
Breakfeast (7:00)- Banana with Wheat Toast or Egg Whites and milk and water.. Lunch (10:00am in my school)- Half a Turkey Sandwhich on Whole Wheat and an apple Snack- (2:00 pm) - OTher half of the turkey Sandwhich with mabey yougurt or granola bar Am I eating enough calories ? How much calories should I be eating a dayy? (127 pounds about) I didnt put dinner in here because dinner varies more often. This is just my lunch and breakfeast and snack . |
