katapult1989 has a spectacular aura about
Extreme fat loss- burning 1000 calories, eating 1200?

Hello! I need to lose 15 pounds for a modeling job. I'm 5'8, 135 pounds. I have to do this in a matter of weeks. I understand this is not the healthiest thing to do, but it's for the job, and I really look forward to eating normally again after the weight is off.

Anyway, I eat 6 small, high-quality meals a day of all food varieties (mostly vegetables and proteins and no breads, though). Each day I get 1200-1300 calories from food and on Saturday I eat 2200. I exercise 6 days a week, burning 500 in the morning and 500 at night.

So technically, I have a net caloric intake of 200 calories a day.

I've lost weight rapidly in the past week of doing this, but I was wondering exactly how many pounds I should expect to lose a week, and when to expect a plateau, and what I can do about the plateau should it come up.

Also, I always have a great amount of energy... why am I not exhausted?
