calories/fitness expert, need help???

i am overweight person trying to loss weight for 3 months now, and within 3 months i lost 3kg only. 2days ago on my birthday i eat so much fat food such pizza big size, 20 tarts, cake, and drink (not rem) 20 glass beer. now i am feeling guilty. i don't want to gain weight. is there any quick thinks i can do to avoid gaining weight. i start drinking lemon juice and doing exercise for 40min. but worry to much, am i going to end much gain weight?? please help....
