| Exercise and dieting. Help? I am 180 pounds and I am on a diet and I walk at least one hour a day, do 50 sit ups and 100 exercises for legs. My intention is to lose 1 kg a week (2.2 pounds) I was wondering would if I lose all my weight by end of summer, would I have a six-pack (because I don't really want to have it, I just want a flat stomach). |
