it depends on your size. a 100 pound person burns less calories doing those exercises than a 200 pound person. also, you are a male, eating 1200 calories is not enough! and 2 hours of cardio? it sounds like you need to eat healthier because that amount of calorie intact for a male who is that active is not healthy.

how many calories do you think i burned?

do you think i ate okay today? and do you think i could lose weight
okay so i ate 1168 calories and IAM NOT ANOREXIC i just eat healthy okay??

i did cardio for 125minutes averaging 4 miles an hour so i would have gone 8.3 miles how much do you think i burned thanks

also i did jazz dance for an hour im a guy. its part of a class im taking
im 170 lb and 15

First off, less than 1200 calories of food a day is a little low. But, it's not bad. Just eat protein, veggies, and fruits. Healthy stuff.

Well, doing something Cardio for over 2 hours would burn around 1200 calories, depending on how you did it, and how much you weigh.

Doing the jazz dance for an hour might burn a few hundred calories. So, maybe you lost a whole pound in a day! Good job!

Well, good job for everything. Keep it going, and you'll lose weight in no time!

I'm not sure how many calories you burned, but you really need to at least eat 1200 calories a day.
