| Already working out 3times or more a week; looking for a diet pill to
speed things along.More Detail Contained I've been working out a lot.
And I am in high school, and our school is very strict about running and just being overall fit.
I am not over weight.
My BMI is healthy.
but I have had a new years resolution to lose weight, and since then I have lost 20 Lbs..
I have tried to do so before, but I lost 10 pounds, and I and I ended up becoming stuck. And I couldnt lose anymore weight. And I eventually gained it back.
And now I have become in the same position. And fear I am going to gain my weight back.
I want to try and take a weight loss pill, while I also continue to workout atleast three times a week.

145Lbs.
5'5"

WORKOUT SCHEDULE
:
Sit ups and Crunches everyday,
extreme cardiovascular workout on monday,
and other Less intense Cardios on Wednesday and Friday.
I am also begining to workout more after school, on those days as well.
MAIN POINT:
Have you tried any diet pills that failed?
Have you tried any and been successful, and are happy with your results?
Since workinout my matabolism is very high, and I can eat anything I want.
I dont want to try any diet plans, because I already eat, extremely healthy.
Just basic Excersizes are my main goal.
