how many calories do you lose getting 8 hours of sleep?

Just wondering, because I'm so sick of people calling me fat I'm starving myself by losing calories and when I'm hungry I chug water to be full.

You don't lose many calories when sleeping. The best thing to do is just eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, and drink lots of water. I find that if I eat and drink I eat less and dont become dehydrated.

If you too big to do exercises try and diet a little and then when you lose more fat try and do jog, jump rope, play basketball, bike, ETC.

If you too big to run maybe walk, powerwalking it would be best.
