DPR has a spectacular aura about
you prob need to burn more calories. switch from the treadmill to the elliptical - you burn about two times more calories on it. that is all i would say to do, otherwise it sounds like you are on a good track

Burned about 360 calories..?

Today I ate about 1800 calories.
and I exercised on my treadmill and burnt 360 calories.
Did 3 sets of 25, total of 75 crunches.
4 sets of 25 bicycle crunches 100.
I'm a girl year old girl, 103lbs, 5'4ish, bmi 17.7.
Is this a good workout to lose belly fat,
and to notice results?
should I exercise more?
I'm only 16 though,
my mom wouldn't let me get one.
Would jumping rope for about 30 mins help out?

You need to burn more calories. You should get a cell phone, go on a 1 hour walk. I guarantee if you're on the phone the whole time, it will seem like it's only been 15 minutes. I do it alot.
