| Why is weight lost during a juice fast even if you consume more calories?
Why do people lose weight on a juice fast (store juice Im talking, not freshly squeezed). Even if they drink TONS of juice thats like.....120-130cals per cup. I just dont get why they lose more weight, then if they ate food to the same amount of calories. (lets say...in veggies and fruits) Isnt a calorie a calorie? Haha, this isnt making much sense, but hopefully someone will get what Im saying and will be able to explain =) |
