| I would like to find an amateur body building/fitness competition in Illinois or... ...Missouri-? - to compete in. I have never done such a thing, it's just that I think it would help me to take my physical fitness goals to the next level. I am currently working with a personal trainer at the local YMCA, but I would like guidance from someone who is experienced in this area, and I am also having trouble finding local amateur competitions. Any suggestions? Thanks. I am by St Louis, and can also occassionally go to Chicago.      |
